Let’s start with the most obvious one. HrithikRoshan’sblockbuster was a smooth remake of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.RakeshRoshan even came on record to say that ‘Koi Mil Gaya is not India E.T.” But bro…it is! Giving credit where it is due, the songs of the movie were an absolute blast – which was obviously not from the Hollywood. And it will also be fair to say that the writers did manage to give a thoroughly Indian touch to the movie, with street fights, and heartbroken lad’s love story. However, that basketball match where kids were flying around the field, that certainly wasn’t believable and not from Hollywood minds either. But if you have seen the 1982”s Hollywood movie, you will not be thrilled with the Indian sci-fi.
